When you click on "Send your Order" on this page, you offer to buy the products at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. All orders will be subject to these terms and conditions.
If your order is accepted, you will be notified of this soon after you submit your order by clicking " Send your Order ". As the confirmation is sent to you automatically, an error may have been made of which we are not aware despite our best efforts. Because of this, we retain the right to cancel the order as set out under the "Cancellation" heading below.

For next day delivery - the order must be placed by 13:00 Mon / Tue / Wed/ Thu. We do not offer next day delivery for orders placed on a Friday.
How to Pay
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Delivery
When items are in stock we aim to send your order out within 7 days. We will let you know if here will be a delay, offering either to keep your goods on order or refund you. Dispatched goods are sent out on 48 hour delivery but please understand sometimes there are delays - regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed. You will be responsible for retrieving undelivered parcels. Please use an alternative address for delivery if you are out all day e.g. work.
Shipping
We do not currently ship our exclusive on line products outside of the UK. However view our stockist list for international distributors.
Resale
You will not resell any goods or offer any goods for resale.

Cancellation
We may cancel an order for any item at any time before delivery.
Exchanges and Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order please return the item within 7 days in perfect condition with original packaging we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange.
Please complete the returns details on the reverse side of your packing slip and include it with the item. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse and we strongly recommend that you obtain a free certificate of posting from the post office.
We regret that postage packaging and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Errors
Every effort is made to ensure that all the information provided on The Little Experience website is correct at the time of going online.
If we discover an error relating to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the error and confirm that you still wish to proceed.

No order is binding on you or Made Creative Limited until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the postal service, or with our carriers, or on payment in full of the price of the items and any delivery charge, whichever is later. These terms and conditions cannot be varied by you or us unless made in writing and

Made Creative Limited’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Made Creative Limited to the customer. Made Creative Limited shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Made Creative Limited cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated in the catalogue or booklets. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement. All prices include VAT where applicable. While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All products in our catalogue comply with the appropriate safety and consumer regulations. Toys comply with EC Toy Safety Regulations and, where appropriate, carry the CE mark. For purposes of quality control and training, calls may be monitored.
